Fleet Operations & Compliance
  • Own company fleet operations, including fleet standards, compliance expectations, operating controls, reporting discipline, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Maintain oversight of fleet-related compliance records, driver eligibility documentation, insurance, registrations, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Coordinate follow-up on documentation gaps, incidents, or policy concerns in partnership with Operations, HR, Finance, and branch leaders.
Safety Program Leadership & Training
  • Lead company safety programs for field, warehouse, production, service, and support teams.
  • Develop and manage safety training covering OSHA-related awareness, lead-safe practices, PPE, ladder and fall prevention, tool and equipment safety, warehouse safety, incident reporting, and jobsite standards.
  • Ensure onboarding, recurring, and refresher training is completed and documented.

  • Build and standardize Operations SOPs that define process ownership, required documentation, handoffs, escalation paths, compliance checkpoints, and field execution standards.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of operating standards related to licensing, permitting, job documentation, installer compliance, safety practices, training, incident reporting, and branch execution.
  • Coordinate policy rollouts, leadership communication, employee acknowledgments, and corrective action documentation.
Audit & Risk Management
  • Conduct recurring audits of branches, jobsites, job files, permits, licenses, installer credentials, training records, incident records, fleet compliance, and regulatory controls.
  • Identify trends, escalate risk, assign corrective actions, and report progress to Operations and senior leadership.
  • Support market rollouts by auditing readiness, validating required controls, identifying gaps, and partnering with leaders to close issues before launch.
  • Maintain audit logs, incident records, corrective action plans, training records, market rollout documentation, and compliance records for internal and external review.
Jobsite & Operational Compliance
  • Partner with Production, Installation, Quality, Warehouse, Service, Fleet, and branch leaders to align field execution with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate jobsite practices, including lead-safe procedures, PPE use, ladder and fall prevention, cleanup standards, documentation, and completion controls.
  • Coach leaders on safety expectations, compliance discipline, training completion, and consistent branch execution.
Training & Communication
  • Deliver clear compliance and safety training for managers, installers, service teams, warehouse teams, drivers, and support staff.
  • Track required certifications, training completion, acknowledgments, and refreshers across markets.
