The Opportunity
Brightway Insurance San Antonio is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is sales-focused and relationship-driven, offering significant income potential and opportunities for career advancement. Prior insurance experience or a license is not required as structured training, mentorship, and a proven sales system will be provided. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Market within the local community, realtors, and business groups to establish connections
- Provide insurance product quotes and sales to new clients
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships
- Assess insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Clearly explain coverage details, limits, and exclusions
- Assist with applications, paperwork, and policy updates
- Handle endorsements and assist clients with claims
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters as necessary
Qualifications
- Reside in or near San Antonio, TX and report on-site MonFri
