Hello Sunshine Travels is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Remote Travel Client Success Specialist to support clients throughout the travel planning and booking process. This remote position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and helping travelers create memorable experiences.

As a Travel Client Success Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients by understanding their travel preferences, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through post-booking follow-up. You will collaborate with clients to recommend vacation options, provide timely communication, maintain accurate records, and support long-term client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
