• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services to individuals, groups, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to address each client’s specific mental health concerns.
• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies.
• Facilitate collaboration with other health care professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients, maintaining effective communication at all times.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programming to raise awareness of mental health issues, promoting destigmatization and acceptance of mental health treatment.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population that includes individuals of various ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders, providing tailored therapeutic support and guidance.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, capable of effectively engaging with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Organizational and time management skills to ensure timely documentation and follow-up on client treatment plans.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and approaches.
• Prior experience in providing crisis intervention services.
