What You Will Do:
  • Analyze business systems, user needs, and operational processes to develop clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Support all aspects of project coordination, including planning, organizing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Provide support for program management activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, meeting coordination, action item management, and performance monitoring.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, confirm priorities, and translate requirements into actionable work for development teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, data flows, test scenarios, requirements traceability, wireframes, mockups, and status materials.
  • Present requirements, product features, metrics, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive-level communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Analyze program data and provide recommendations to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain project artifacts within enterprise collaboration platforms and support compliance with organizational standards.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree . A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered equivalent to three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience .
  • Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing strategic objectives with detailed requirements.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or a comparable diagramming tool.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for consideration.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Candidate must be able to travel to the client office in Washington. DC as needed and the Guidehouse office in Arlington, VA.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting federal project.
  • Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
  • FAA experience is desired
