Insurance Producer - Insurance - Base Salary to 65k/year - Atlanta, GA

  • Our client is seeking a sales professional to join their team as an Insurance Producer, with the opportunity to build a career in commercial insurance while growing a book of business. Prior insurance experience is not required; candidates with a strong sales background will receive licensing support, hands-on training, and coaching to develop their insurance knowledge and transition successfully into the industry.
  • This role focuses on generating new commercial business, developing client relationships, assessing coverage needs, and recommending property and casualty insurance solutions. The Insurance Producer will manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation through client acquisition and ongoing account development, with additional earning potential through commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new commercial clients through networking, lead generation, marketing, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • Develop new business opportunities and build a commercial insurance book of business.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and recommend appropriate commercial property and casualty insurance coverage and solutions.
  • Manage commercial client relationships and provide ongoing account support.
  • Perform consultative sales activities throughout the prospecting, client acquisition, and account development process.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience; insurance experience is not required, but candidates without insurance experience must have a strong sales background.
  • Willingness to obtain the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent License in the State of Georgia within 2 months of hiring.

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 45k - 65k/year range, plus commission structure
  • 100% paid health, vision and dental insurance after 90 days waiting period
