Why This Role Matters
As an Associate Agent, you'll play an essential role in supporting Producers, servicing client accounts, and helping ensure clients receive the coverage and guidance they need to protect what matters most. This position combines relationship management, policy administration, and insurance expertise to deliver a seamless client experience from initial quote through renewal.
You'll manage a book of business while serving as a trusted resource for clients, carriers, and internal team members. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering responsive, personalized service.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing knowledgeable and responsive service that strengthens client relationships.
  • Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and policy updates to ensure accuracy and continuity of coverage.
  • Review client insurance needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions that help enhance protection and reduce risk.
  • Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve policy, billing, and coverage questions efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare renewal applications, proposals, and supporting documentation to support timely and accurate policy processing.
  • Monitor renewal activity, new business opportunities, and premium payment status to help maintain continuous coverage.
  • Support the claims process by assisting with reporting, communication, and follow-up efforts that contribute to positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate agency records and documentation within agency management systems and CRM platforms.
