Base salary of $35,000 to $45,000 based on experience plus personal production numbers. First year candidates generally earn $65,000 a year with commission and top performers in our agency make $95,000 with commission. Bonuses are rewarded based on success of the agency. Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend suitable American Family Insurance products.
  • Develop and present customized insurance proposals, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Ohio Property Casualty Licenses are preferred. Licensing assistance available.
  • Valid Life Insurance License is preferred. Licensing assistance available.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most to them.
