Insurance Sales, Producer - Lender Placed

CP Insurance Associates (CPIA) is a specialty insurance agency that provides solutions tailored to our clients' needs. We partner with financial Institutions, property investors, and auto dealers to offer comprehensive insurance coverage, tracking services, and professional insurance products safeguarding the collateral across portfolios. As a managing general agency, we have the flexibility to step into any insurance area to find the solutions and services needed to protect your business.

The acquisition CPIA in February 2026, expands Novacore's capabilities within the financial institution and lending space and strengthens our ability to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support complex portfolios across the country.

CPIA is looking to expand into the Midwest and Southeast regions, seeking motivated and knowledgeable Producers to grow CPIA's client base among lenders, mortgage servicers, credit unions, and financial institutions.

This role focuses on developing and selling insurance tracking solutions, lender-placed insurance (LPI) programs, and professional liability insurance products that help financial institutions manage risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and protect collateral when borrower insurance lapses or is insufficient.
Ideally, the candidate(s) will have experience working with lenders or financial institutions and a strong understanding of insurance tracking systems, lender risk management, and lender-placed insurance programs. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Preferred metro areas include: Kansas City, St. Lous, Atlanta, Charlotte

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, credit unions, and auto lenders in need of insurance tracking and lender-placed insurance solutions.

  • Promote and sell insurance tracking services, lender-placed insurance programs, and professional liability insurance products.

  • Present solutions to executives, risk managers, servicing teams, and compliance leaders, emphasizing risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Educate clients on best practices for insurance compliance, including applicable federal and state regulations (CFPB, RESPA, OCC, and related guidance).

  • Assist with the implementation of insurance tracking systems and integration with client loan servicing platforms.

  • Provide training and ongoing support to client staff regarding insurance monitoring workflows, borrower notifications, and claims management.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, program performance reviews, and service support.

  • Attend industry conferences, lender events, and trade shows to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings related to lender-placed insurance and insurance tracking services.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably involving Lender-Placed Insurance (LPI), insurance tracking services, creditor-placed insurance, or mortgage servicing risk management products.

  • Experience working with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, or auto lenders.

  • Strong understanding of insurance compliance and lender collateral protection programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to work independently.
