101 Insurance Group is looking for a motivated Commercial Insurance Assistant to join our independent retail insurance agency in Garden Grove. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our agency by helping us service both new and existing clients. What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) with the ability to quickly learn and navigate insurance databases, carrier portals, and agency management systems.
  • Communication: Strong professional phone presence and clear, accurate written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic is required, as you will frequently review financial figures and premiums.
  • Team Player: A reliable, consistent professional who thrives in a collaborative, 100% in-office team environment.
