Join our fast-growing fulfillment company!

We have an immediate opening for a customer service position -- working as an Assistant to the Account Manager. Would require the ability to manage client relations with a prompt and positive attitude! The position's hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30.

Looking for an energetic, dynamic and driven individual. Must be able to multi-task and work well with companies (clients). If you have follow-through skills, like to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive on organization, this is be the perfect job for you. Must have experience with computers, typing, and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding promptly, within 30 minutes, and professionally to service the needs of companies with either resolution or acknowledgement.
  • Assist with confirmation that orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Work directly with the Account Manager and various warehouse supervisors to resolve and shipping issues.
  • Must be able to communicate well on the phone and send detailed information via email.
  • Must be confident and articulate. Anticipate the need to work well under pressure.
  • Assist with Will-Call pick up
  • Assit with resolution of any shipping needs/issues.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and positive attitude

  • Experience with PC computers
  • Work well with clients and fellow employees
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface professionally
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong organization skills
  • Account management experience helpful-2 years experience and at least 3 years since H.S.
  • Dependable
