Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance A/R Specialist to join our growing billing team in our Regional Support Office in Alpharetta!
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, 401k, PTO, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and holiday pay.
Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends
This is a HYBRID REMOTE work schedule (4 days remote / 1 day in office in Alpharetta) - after training. Training is M-F 8am to 5pm in our Regional Support Office for 2 - 4 weeks.

  • Previous medical A/R experience is required.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Work all medical claims denials
  • Contacting insurance companies to discuss claim denial
  • Resubmitting claims after denial
  • Managing claim holds
Requirements:
  • Dependable team player is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions
  • Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness
  • Previous medical billing or medical A/R experience is required.
