About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Commercial Lines team. This role will work in a team setting to assist with current and new accounts; providing prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to clients. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative team, supporting businesses across industries like manufacturing, real estate, and construction. This is a role for someone who thrives on being detail-driven, client-centered, and growth-minded.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage book of business and service client needs
  • Supportive role on large clients
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients including marketing as needed
  • Review quotes and negotiate terms and pricing
  • Understand client operations and identify potential need for additional coverages
  • Review and processing of binders, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Claims reporting and handling
  • Contract review and recommendations for favorable risk transfer
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients and markets

What You Bring:

  • Valid P&C license.
  • 2+ years experience in commercial insurance.
  • Education (such as a college degree) is a plus.
  • Applied EPIC experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Positive attitude and respectful to all persons including clients and associates.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods working on a computer.
