ONeill Insurance, a rapidly expanding and culture-driven insurance agency in Wadsworth, Ohio, is looking for a motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our team of passionate insurance professionals. In this role, youll provide exceptional service and strategic guidance to our commercial clients, helping them protect the assets and relationships that support their long-term success. Youll collaborate closely with producers to support new business growth, conduct risk and coverage analyses, and play a key role in strengthening client relationships.

As a Commercial Account Manager, youll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is encouraged.   • Manage and enhance the insurance programs for a dedicated book of commercial clients
  • Conduct in-depth coverage and risk analyses for clients and prospects
  • Support producers in new business efforts and help maintain exceptional client retention
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in insurance and risk management
  • Collaborate within a team-based service and sales environment

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience (agency or carrier)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, technology, and automation tools
  • Strong professional communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
