As an Insurance Account Representative for Renita Prevot State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As an energetic sales-oriented professional, you grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and quality products. No sales experience is required as we offer hands-on training to hone your skills into career development. We are eager to have you on our team and are looking to help to you succeed in this industry as our next Insurance Account Representative.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Create relationships and handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Maintain knowledge of new products
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to answer prospective clients' questions efficiently and effectively
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
