Daily Responsibilities of the Customer Service Insurance Agent: Develop and maintain client relationships Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options Provide quotes and sell the insurance best suited to each client Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals Submit client's claims and follow-up Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other insurance professionals to ensure client satisfaction Required Skills for our Customer Service Insurance Agent: Personal Lines Insurance experience Active Property and Casualty License Proven experience and delight in customer service roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills by phone, in person, and through written and electronic correspondence Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team High level of organizational skills and attention to detail and follow-through Ability to prioritize job tasks Proficiency in using computer systems and software for policy management Consistent attendance and solid work ethic Work onsite in the office Front-Runner Insurance Agent Skills: Good experience with Erie Insurance and reference from Erie Insurance Rep.
