U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a fast-growing commercial insurance agency specializing in trucking and transportation insurance across more than 30 states. We operate with clear processes, modern tools, and strong internal support, allowing our agents to perform efficiently and deliver excellent service.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Insurance Agent to join our expanding Sales Team.
Responsibilities
  • Work with a steady flow of warm leads generated internally
  • Conduct professional sales calls and identify client needs
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes (commercial auto, trucking, cargo, liability, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage renewals and ensure high-quality follow-up
  • Update records in Salesforce and Applied Epic accurately
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Policy Services, and Underwriting teams
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across multiple channels
