This role focuses on delivering tailored insurance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses while supporting overall business insurance growth across partner agencies The BIA Program offers a structured path to grow a personal book of commercial business, leverage existing client relationships, and work within a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Business Development Sales

  • Prospect, quote, and bind commercial insurance products, including:
  • Businessowners Policies (BOP)
  • Commercial Auto
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Commercial Umbrella
  • Build and manage a personal book of commercial insurance clients
  • Collaborate with Farmers® agency owners to support business insurance opportunities within their agencies
  • Develop relationships with business owners across multiple industries (e.g., contractors, restaurants, professional services)
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Active Property Casualty insurance license
