As a State Farm Agent Team Member with Kao Xiong - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate person for help if you're not able to help directly.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Proactively communicate with customers to deepen our relationship with them
• Communicate with customers about their billing, required documents and help them maintain all the discounts they deserve
• Use clear communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
