Location: Ferndale, WA
Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr
  • Swing Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.00/hr


Position Summary


We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, packaging products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and clean work area.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Assist with food production, packaging, labeling, and product handling.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Operate production equipment and tools as trained.
  • Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications


  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
