The agency offers a broad range of insurance products, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, Commercial, Liability, Inland Marine, and Life Insurance. Its licensed agents serve customers across multiple states, providing tailored coverage options that fit diverse personal and business needs. Team members work in a collaborative environment with access to various carriers, allowing them to design flexible and competitive policies for their clients.

Role Description The Insurance Agent is a full-time, on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL. In this position, the agent meets with prospective and existing clients to assess their risk profiles and recommend appropriate personal and commercial insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting coverage reviews, preparing quotes, processing applications, and handling policy changes and renewals. The agent responds to client inquiries, supports claims-related questions, and maintains accurate records in agency systems. This role collaborates closely with carriers and internal team members to ensure clients receive timely, knowledgeable service and suitable coverage options.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to prospect, advise, and close new and renewal business effectively.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products and coverage options across lines such as Home, Auto, Umbrella, Commercial, Liability, Inland Marine, and Life.
  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Finance to understand premiums, deductibles, risk, and coverage comparisons.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Florida (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
