As a member of the Comparion Insurance Agency, you will lead a team of Insurance Sales Agents in a high-impact, high-visibility role. Your primary focus will be meeting the needs of our customers, enhancing the sales process for our agents, and driving the growth and profitability of the business through leadership, coaching, and mentorship.

This position is responsible for providing strategic guidance and coaching to support the growth and success of the agency. You will identify and evaluate emerging opportunities for business expansion while fostering a high-performance culture. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to motivate, develop, and lead your team in delivering exceptional sales and service results.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the agency while building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and serving as a liaison between your branch and other areas of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals and sales metrics.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members to maximize their potential and success.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support high retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Oversee the daily operational functions of the branch.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and continued customer loyalty.

  • Manage branch acquisition and service costs while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor `s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of personal lines products and services; proven success with prior sales or related experience required.
  • Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills, including group and individual presentation, persuasion, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Requires excellent organizational skills, effective time management, strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Incumbents must have, or be able to secure, a current state license, in property, casualty and life insurance.
  • Prior supervisory experience helpful
  • Insurance experience preferred
