Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)
  • Ability to successfully and creatively problem solve and negotiate solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce and Applied Systems agency management system preferred but not required
  • Positive thinker, comfortable with fast paced environment
  • Strong Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products

Responsibilities:
  • Providing amazing customer service for Property and Casualty Insurance customers Completing all customer service requests including claims, endorsements, payments, and ID cards
  • Managing and completing renewals
  • Providing quotes for prospects
  • Assisting Producers and Account Managers to respond to service needs of customers
  • Fostering strong and lasting relationships with Customers, Producers and Account Managers
  • Participating in scheduled team and office meetings
  • Providing Account Management backup
  • Maintaining working knowledge of carrier products and processes
  • Performing other functions as required
