Claim Assistant

We are seeking an organized professional for our Claim Assistant role to provide administrative support to our Worker's Comp teams. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, scheduling medical appointments, entering information in claim files, completing, and filing claim forms, and follow-through on assigned tasks until completed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer focused, has strong Outlook skills, able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and has a positive, can-do attitude.

The selected candidate will work in our Sarasota, FL Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA or Ridgeland, MS office and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule, (days in office/2 days from home).

The hourly salary range for this role is $18.58-$28.62. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
