We are launching a brand-new satellite office in the Jackson, Mississippi market, and we are looking for driven, resilient Outside Sales Representatives to serve as Roofing & Storm Restoration Brokers. This is a ground-floor opportunity to get in early with a rapidly growing construction sales team, backed by top-tier production managers and an established local reputation.

In this account management and sales role, you are a project consultant and a homeowner advocate. You will help property owners identify storm damage, navigate the insurance claims process, and protect their biggest investment. Entry-level and experienced sales professionals are welcome—if you have the hustle to succeed in door-to-door (D2D) sales, our comprehensive paid training program will teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Aggressively prospect for new B2C business through daily door-to-door canvassing in targeted, storm-affected residential neighborhoods.

  • Property Inspections: Safely climb residential roofs, perform thorough visual inspections, and document storm damage (wind, hail, etc.) with photos and videos.

  • Customer Consulting: Present your findings to homeowners, clearly explaining the scope of damage and the value of our premium roofing systems.

  • Claims Assistance: Act as the homeowner’s liaison, assisting them through the insurance claim process and meeting with insurance adjusters on-site.

  • Contract Negotiation: Close sales, sign contracts, assist with color and material selection, and collect initial payments.

  • Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage your sales territory efficiently, and maintain excellent customer communication from the first knock to final installation.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Sales Drive: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with door-to-door sales. You are target-driven and don't take "no" personally.

  • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with heights, able to safely carry and climb a ladder, and capable of walking on various roof pitches.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills. You can build immediate trust and rapport.

  • Experience: Previous door-to-door (D2D) sales, roofing sales, or general construction experience is a massive plus, but not required. We will train the right person.

  • Licenses: Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record (strictly required for company vehicle use).
