Job description

We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Admin position.


Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to vendors for payments
  • Processing Accounts Payable
  • Vendor setup
  • Distribution of mail
  • Enter data into company’s software
  • Assist Controller with other duties

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience performing accounting support including AP, AR, vendor setup, and project control activities
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal and external coworkers
  • Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good math aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
