Job description

We are looking for a high-energy and entrepreneurial Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. As an Account Executive, you'll be a champion of our product and deeply understand the unparalleled value it can provide to our customers. Being an instrumental member of our sales team, you'll have a budget and supporting resources that you'll need to craft a strategy for prospecting, engaging, and building relationships with prospective customers. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong relationship building and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience selling technical SaaS products to technical audiences
  • You have a consistent track record of exceeding quotas
  • You're product-minded and customer-focused, and believe that being successful in sales requires a deep understanding of customer problems
  • You are organized and processed-oriented, able to juggle many prospect conversations at various stages of the sales funnel
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator, able to build relationships with different kinds of people across different levels of the organization
  • You have a high bias to speed and execution

Responsibilities

  • As an account executive, you'll work closely with the CEO and own developing and refining our sales process and overall go-to-market strategy
  • Have a hand in the entire sales cycle from prospecting, to creating collateral, to closing
  • Experiment with new ideas, processes, and tools that will improve and scale our sales motion
  • Develop strong customer relationships and be a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product, and customer success teams to share customer insights and help us continuously improve and iterate on the product
