Compensation: $48K-$55K DOE
Location: Burlington, WA

Our client, a top-tier provider of personal, commercial, agricultural, and farm lines of insurance, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join their workforce. This role includes employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse book of insurance lines, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial lines (mostly main street business), Personal lines, and Light Agricultural and Small Farm Business.
  • Primarily focused on service (85%), with a small proportion of new business writing (15%). This is not a cold calling sales role.
  • Write new business, schedule pre-renewal meetings, facilitate policy reviews, provide consultation on policy changes, re-market to carriers, present and bind coverages.
  • Handle audits, process policy changes, issue ID cards, process endorsements & certificates, assist with claims, and bind policies.

Qualifications:
  • Must be WA Licensed, with experience as an Independent Broker.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Stanwood, Mount Vernon, or Burlington.
  • Experience or exposure to Personal, Commercial or Farm & Agriculture insurance is necessary.
  • Must be willing to assist with claims.
  • Stable work history required - Applicants with more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years will be disqualified.
