WHO WE ARE
Insulectro, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) materials in the US is seeking a talented sales superstar for our Inside Sales Manager position based out of our Lake Forest, CA location. We are looking for the perfect fit of education, passion and attitude that matches our company culture and enhances our service level to our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact, evaluating customer requirements and determining appropriate actions to support customer satisfaction, account retention, growth and effective order execution.
  • Develop proficiency in Insulectro systems and processes, including order entry, reporting tools, Salesforce, and other systems as required.
  • Work collaboratively with TAMs by preparing quotes, providing material availability updates, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Exercise judgement in responding to customer requests and resolving account issues, including shipment, documentation, and return matters within established company policies & guidelines.
  • Collaborate with ISM teammates across the country in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships identifying opportunities to improve service, strengthen relationships, and expanding business through promotional products and alternative materials recommendations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer service or a related business environment.
  • High level of comfort with technology and business systems (ERP, CRM or order management systems)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to make decisions and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation and willingness to learn.
