1. Have the knowledge and ability to use specific equipment to install spray foam in attics, ceilings, crawl spaces, walls, and any other area specified in work orders
2. Be able to lift heavy objects, and move in small spaces as well as bend, crawl, climb ladders, and move confidently and safely anyway the job requires
3. Be able to maintain, clean, and repair equipment even while on the job site and when needed
4. An understanding of the spray foam chemical properties and how to mix the chemicals properly according to the chemicals safety guidelines
5. Monitor the amount of materials used while doing the job to insure the proper amount of materials are being used
6. Work alongside Spray Foam Insulation Helpers to prepare the job site to insure the owner’s materials and property are safe from overspray
7. Work alongside Spray Foam Insulation Helpers with cleaning the job site to insure the site is as clean or cleaner than when you arrived
8. Have an attention to detail to insure a high quality insulation installation job
9. Use problem solving skills, to remedy problems faced on the job site such as fixing equipment
10. Be able to work efficiently, and safely to insure a quality finished job
11. Must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to arrive to work on time
12. Be able to work as a team
13. Be comfortable traveling small distances outside of Panama City to jobs in places like Pensacola
