Beech Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Ski Instructors to help guests discover the excitement of skiing. As a member of our Snowsports team, you will guide students through skill development, build confidence on the slopes, and create memorable experiences that inspire a lifelong love of winter sports.

Our instructors are ambassadors of the resort, combining technical expertise, patience, and exceptional guest service to deliver high-quality lessons in a safe and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Teach ski lessons to guests of all ages and ability levels.
  • Foster a fun, supportive, and confidence-building learning atmosphere.
  • Prioritize safety while helping students achieve their skiing goals.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and needs.
  • Participate in staff training, clinics, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow all resort policies and procedures.
