Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
Location: Brownsville, TX
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager:

  • Lead site safety, environmental compliance, and risk management programs
  • Manage regulatory compliance activities involving OSHA, EPA, USCG, and other applicable agencies
  • Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action management
  • Oversee environmental programs including SPCC, SWPPP, air permits, Tier II reporting, and waste management
  • Supervise Safety Coordinators/Technicians and drive employee engagement through training and coaching
  • Partner with operations leadership to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response planning

Qualifications for the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager:

  • 4+ years of EHS experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and working knowledge of EPA compliance programs
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
