Ophthalmologist needed at an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated facility located in DC. This is a full-time faculty position in a Medical/Surgical Retina. The Department of Ophthalmology is part of a growing academic health center located in the heart of a world-class, vibrant metropolitan area and its cultural, family, and educational opportunities. Appointment rank (instructor/assistant/associate/full professor) will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Responsibilities include delivering excellent patient care, teaching residents and medical students, and conducting high-quality research. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be Board certified or eligible in Ophthalmology, fellowship-trained in medical/surgical retina, and eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment.
