Job description

TITLE: Program Manager
DUTIES: We seek a Program Manager based out of our office at 2151 E. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. Note, this position requires international and domestic travel up to 20%, as needed.
Lead programs in the automotive electrification sector. Manage and lead project Gate Reviews from project kick off, development kick off, release of prototype tooling, build, release of prototype to customer, start of serial production, tooling release for production to assembly, and validation build to SOP. Manage team PDT (project development timing) meetings across competencies. Serve as resource management with cross competencies. Conduct financial management of program including ROI, Divop with at award metrics. Conduct financial management of product/process changes. Provide overall program timing management including design and product validation planning. Manage customer relationships including project timing, risk management, technical issue resolution, and change management.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering and 60 months of experience in job offered or related position.
Experience conducting program management for resource, task, and budget planning;
Experience serving in a technical leadership position, which includes training others
Experience conducting financial management as it relates to program and business metrics;
Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing functions within the automotive supplier market segment;
Experience using industry standard powerpoint, spreadsheet, Microsoft Project, and PLM software
Note, this position requires international and domestic travel up to 20%, as needed.
