Job Description

Duties:
Designs, develops, and implements training courses and supporting materials for predetermined Learning Solution programs in the area of Good Clinical Practices and Good Pharma covigilance Practices for the Product Development Organization.
Leads and manages course development for smaller (less- complex) projects utilizing multiple learning modalities (e.g., online, instructor-led, etc.).
Supports the development of training for senior designers.
Perform training needs analyss for projects and courses, in close collaboration with subject matter experts and key business stakeholders, senior designers.
Applies instructional design standards in the development of training materials.
Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop training.
Creates and implements project communications to internal team members, customers, stakeholders, sponsors and management with guidance as needed.

Skills:
Knowledge of skill with standard Instructional Design methodology (ADDIE).
Strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal).
Process driven. Self-starter.
Demonstrated ability to develop both technical and conceptual material for both large and small audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to create robust knowledge and skills assessments.
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Expertise in Web Based Tratining authoring, graphics, sound (e.g., Articulate Storyline II , Captivate).
Experience working in compliance driven industries (GxP) preferred.


Qualifications

Education:
BS/BA required; MA in Instructional Design or equivalent experience preferred
