Performance-Based Compensation:

About the Role

As an Installer Helper, you’ll partner with experienced installers to bring custom organizational systems to life in our customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires focus, precision, and a desire to learn. We provide classroom and on-the-job training to prepare you for growth into a full Installer position.

In this role, you will:
  • Support the installation of custom closet systems in residential homes

  • Read design drawings and assemble products accurately and efficiently

  • Deliver parts and materials safely into workspaces—rain or shine

  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers

  • Take pride in detailed work that meets Closet America’s high-quality standards

Key Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license is required

  • Ability to read design drawings and match parts to assemblies

  • Comfort working with hand tools and different hardware types

  • Strong attention to detail—able to measure and cut to the millimeter

  • Able to lift and carry product through various weather conditions

  • Organized and methodical in approach to tasks

  • Problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude

  • Available to work at least two weekends per month
