The Area Operations Manager is responsible for safety, quality, team leadership and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands installed construction operations and knows how to lead teams while protecting margin. Why Work with Stier.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers, builders, and trade partners, ensuring smooth project execution and prompt resolution of any issues. Operational Oversight:Coordinate field operations across multiple projects, ensuring that all teams are strategically aligned and workload is efficiently distributed.

Project Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure installations meet company standards, and address any challenges head-on. Budget & Schedule Management:Oversee scheduling and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Technology Integration: Use BOLT and other tools to track real-time project updates, review schedule changes, and audit the progress of your teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain Stier Supply Companys commitment to safety and enforce all safety standards on-site. What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience, preferably in construction or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail Experience with project scheduling and budget management is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dropbox, and construction management software Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners Valid drivers license and a reliable insured personal vehicle for daily use Ability to lift and transport materials (50+ lbs) on a repetitive basis Successful completion of drug and background screenings Training & Development: To set you up for success, training for this rolemay involve travel to markets in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.
