Position Summary
The HVAC Location Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the HVAC Department at our Jonesboro location. This role requires a strong operational leader who can successfully manage department performance, develop team members, drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC leader who can balance field operations, team development, customer relations, financial accountability, and strategic growth initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Department Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC Service and Installation Departments.
  • Ensure department goals, revenue targets, profitability objectives, and customer satisfaction standards are achieved.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and department performance.
  • Maintain accountability for staffing levels, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Team Management & Development
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop service technicians, installers, and field supervisors.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer service.
  • Identify future leaders within the organization and support career development opportunities.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide advanced HVAC technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Serve as a resource for technicians and management regarding complex service situations.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing HVAC teams, departments, or operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
