Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation team. You will be on the leadership team of this company and will be responsible for running a department of 8+ vans and 12 carpenters. This role is key to ensuring high-quality installations, outstanding customer satisfaction, and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be on time/early everyday (no really! - its critical for this position) 
  • Oversee and manage daily installation schedules and service calls.
  • Train, coach, and support the installation team to ensure quality performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.
  • Efficiently manage the installation board and optimize daily workflow.
  • Coordinate daily van fleet operations for residential installations
  • Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues and provide creative problem-solving solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed.
Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Must have strong technical skills with computers and software. 
  • 2–5 years of experience in consumer-facing installation or home services preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Effective multitasker with strong follow-through.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
