Looking to add a Installation Manager to their Security team.

Management Skills, Installation Manager Skills within another Security Integrator- Managing large Commercial projects installing Security Cameras and Card Access Systems. Dealing with high level Customer Service- Managing Schedules for all 45 Technicians. Making sure all the projects finish within budget and on time.

Security system focus: Access Control, CCTV / Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection

Primary platforms used on site: Software House (access control) and Axis IP cameras

Core Responsibilities

• Open, secure, and manage the job site daily

• Spend up to 80% of time in the field conducting site walks and overseeing work

• Supervise technicians and security subcontractors

• Coordinate daily with the General Contractor (GC) and internal teams

• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and security system schematics

• Manage RFIs, ASIs, material submittals, inspections, and site documentation

• Maintain daily site logs and provide status updates to the Project Manager

• Enforce quality, safety, and site organization standards

• Identify and resolve construction, safety, and coordination issues

Must Have Requirements (Do Not Submit Without)

• Electronic security industry experience (not general construction only)

o Access control

o CCTV / video surveillance

o Intrusion detection

• 3+ years of construction or installation supervisory experience

• Experience leading crews and subcontractors on active job sites

• Strong safety enforcement and site coordination skills

• Ability to work full time on site in a construction environment

• Valid driver’s license

• Physically able to perform extended site walks and lift up to 100 lbs

Strong Plus / Highly Preferred

• Hands on experience with Software House access control systems

• Experience deploying or supervising installations of Axis IP cameras

• Large scale, single site data center or mission critical projects

• Environments with 100+ contractors

• Proven ability to partner closely with General Contractors in fast paced builds
