What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of residential HVAC install or maintenance experience
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
  • Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
  • Construction, labor, or trade experience is a plus, but not required
