Job description

We have experienced rapid growth, and we are looking for a sharp, dynamic individual with a lot of initiative and drive to take charge of our Installers. You must have great interpersonal skills to communicate with everyone from the owners of the company to hourly employees and manage the department.

You will be a member of our management team helping to develop plans for the future. You must be able to identify areas of concern and help develop processes and procedures to aid in our growth and the long term health of the business.

To be successful in this position, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all Installers in the field
  • Train installation skills, customer service and finishing details
  • Make surprise visits to job sites to evaluate skills, interaction with clients and train installers
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and management
  • Responsible for the staffing, installation efficiency, van maintenance, cleanliness and cost control measures
  • Effectively communicate operating plans, performance goals and expectations to installation team members.
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively

The following are the requirements you must meet to qualify for the position:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in cabinet installation
  • Must have 3+ years in a leadership position managing at least 5 crews
  • Experience with installing cabinets using the 32 mm manufacturing system is preferred 
  • Computer experience with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Able to run safety meetings and adhere to company safety standards for the team
