About the Role
As an Installation Coordinator at Express Flooring, you'll play a key role in managing the scheduling, coordination, and communication of residential flooring installation projects through our contracted vendor network. You'll review project details, coordinate installation timelines, and work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project is completed efficiently, on time, and to Express Flooring standards.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment, you'll fit right in.
Job Type: Full-Time; In-Person
Compensation: $23-$25/hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 6am- 3pm
Location: 43rd Ave and Washington - Phoenix, AZ
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines
  • Support the scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to keep projects on track and quickly resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project notes, customer records, and installation details
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and customers to help deliver a seamless installation experience
  • Provide cross-functional support to internal teams when needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the project

What You'll Bring
