Job Description

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the person who helps bring every project to life.

Some days youโ€™ll be in our shop preparing materials and supporting production. Other days youโ€™ll be out on installation sites, helping transform our clientsโ€™ homes.

Your day may include:

In the Shop / Warehouse

โ€ข Receiving, unloading, and organizing cabinetry and hardware shipments
โ€ข Inspecting materials for damage, accuracy, and quality
โ€ข Staging and preparing materials for upcoming installation jobs
โ€ข Supporting inventory counts and maintaining an organized workspace
โ€ข Assisting with production tasks such as drawers, hardware, and components

On Installation Sites

โ€ข Assisting installers with loading, unloading, and job site setup
โ€ข Moving, organizing, and preparing materials during installations
โ€ข Learning installation techniques, tools, and processes firsthand
โ€ข Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
โ€ข Supporting a premium โ€œWhite Gloveโ€ customer experience
