Salary: $21.82-$30.20

We are looking for an outgoing, attention-to-detail, full-time Sign Installation & Service Technician Apprentice for our Acheson Branch.


Onsite Sign is based in Lloydminster, AB and is one of the top-leading sign manufacturing companies in Western Canada. We ship our signs to our installation divisions which are located in Calgary, Acheson, Regina, and Saskatoon.

Duties & Expectations:

  • Ability to read & understand drawings related to sign installation.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Inspection of freight.
  • Experience using manual & power tools.
  • Loading/securing materials & hauling experience.
  • Assist with servicing & troubleshooting signs.
  • Fluent with computers and handheld devices.
  • Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices and completion of required safety documentation.
  • The ability to lift up to approx. 50 lbs.
  • Able to work at heights (in excess of 15feet)
  • Experience working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy & flexible.
  • Overtime and out of town work involved.


Qualifications:

  • Safety certification in Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, Cargo Securement, Hours of Service is an asset - training is provided if needed
  • Must have a VALID 3 or 5 Driver's Licence, clean abstract, and reliable transportation.


Position is Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required.

Must be able to travel out of town for work when needed

Wage is dependent on experience.
