About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling fiber installation appointments, coordinating dispatch activities, and ensuring installations are fully prepared and executed efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule installation appointments based on technician availability and routing efficiency
  • Contact customers to confirm upcoming installation appointments
  • Conduct outbound reminders via phone, SMS, or email
  • Manage rescheduling requests to maintain technician productivity
  • Support daily dispatch coordination and technician scheduling
  • Monitor and adjust installation schedules in real time
  • Optimize routing and scheduling to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure installation orders are complete and ready for dispatch
  • Verify prerequisites such as drop completion before installation
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Provide customers with installation expectations and preparation instructions
  • Assist customers with appointment changes and updates
  • Track installation orders from scheduling through completion
  • Support installation close-out and system updates
  • Escalate issues impacting completion to the Service Delivery Supervisor
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-integrity team culture


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or customer operations
