The HVAC Install Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation of HVAC systems in residential homes. This role involves scheduling, communication with customers and technicians, and ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation appointments with customers and technicians.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details and address any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each installation.
  • Monitor the progress of installations and provide support to technicians as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including customer information and job details.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the installation process.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HVAC installation coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software. (Service Titan Preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
