Job description

We are looking for Lake Service Technicians!(Seasonal position)
Salary: $21.53 per hourJob Description
  • Install wood plank and/or aluminum sectional docks utilizing a 10' x 40' dock barge.
  • Install boat hoists on the lakes using a barge.
  • Prepare/rig boat hoists and docks in the shop.
  • All positions will be working with three or four-person teams to efficiently and safely
    carry out projects.
  • Help install docks and hoists on the lake and rig hoists and docks in the shop.
  • Follow instructions of crew leader while paying attention to details and quality level.
Job Requirements
  • Construction or carpentry skills.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to drive one-ton flatbed trucks (no special license required).
  • Using hammers, crowbars, screw guns, nail guns, chain saws, and various other hand tools.
  • Reliable and available for work every day, on time.
  • Willingness to work over and around water (not in the water).
  • Able to work around and with customers in a personable manner.
  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to lift 40 - 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Good balancing skills and ability to walk on 12" wide plank.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures and weather conditions.
