About the Role

We’re looking for an Install & Assembly Technician to help build and install truck body components. This role involves electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, and working from basic drawings.

What You’ll Do

  • Install wiring and hydraulic systems using blueprints
  • Assemble truck body parts and components
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Read and follow basic drawings and instructions
  • Help train new team members
  • Keep your work area clean and safe
  • Follow all company safety guidelines

What You Need

  • High school diploma/GED or related experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Ability to read measurements and use tools (tape measure, square)
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand, walk, bend, and use tools throughout the day
  • Work around equipment and machinery
