Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform installations in accordance with installation checklist
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow all safety guidelines that apply
  • Work with and train any installation helpers which may be assigned to work with you
  • Keep the customer informed of what you are doing, when you are doing it and how it will be done
  • Keep Install Manager informed of any problems/issues that may arise
  • Learn product features and benefits
  • Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
  • Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency

Here's what you need to bring to the table:
  • Must be EPA certified, NATE certified a plus!
  • 3 years of Residential Install experience
  • Uphold company core values and promote them within the team
  • Contribute in a positive way to the culture and morale of the install team
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check at any time
  • Good driving record and current valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attend weekly department meetings and monthly company meetings
